Black Boiled Wool is 100% Wool.  It is 55" wide and weighs 385 GSM.  It has no stretch across the width or the length. This boiled wool fabric is a dense durable and water-resistant fabric with a texture similar to thick felt. 

Hand wash cool, lay flat to dry.
